Jane
C. Fennelly practices in the areas of commercial
loan documentation, asset based lending, secured
transactions, banking law, UCC law and bankruptcy
and has over twenty years experience representing
financial institutions, secured creditors, trade
creditors, and creditors' committees. Prior to entering
private practice, Jane worked in the legal department
of Bank of America.
Jane
is a past president of the Financial Lawyers Conference,
and is a member of its Board of Governors. She
serves on numerous Bar Asssociation committees and
sections including the American Bar Association Committee
on Financial Services and has served as has served
as speaker for several Practicing Law Institute
seminars.
