Steven
W. DeLateur practices in the areas of banking
law, domestic and international business law, loan
documentation,
export contracts, export finance, regulatory
matters, business sales and acquisitions, and real
estate.
Prior
to entering private practice, Steve worked
at the Export-Import Bank of the United States
(EXIM
Bank)
in Washington, D.C. where he counseled
businesses on export trade finance and worked with
lenders
and exporters. Steve handles commercial
loan transactions and assists banks and exporters
on export
transactions
and obtaining U.S. Government loans, credits
and guarantees through EXIM Bank, the Overseas
Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and the U.S.
Trade
Development Agency (USTDA). Steve is a
member of
the Advisory Board for the State Bar of
California International Law Section.
